Anyone know how to Increase graphic quality?

Anyone know how to increase graphic quality? any advice where to start off to get this kind of quality? Some servers have pretty good, sharp quality. Is this 120fps?

Create a map editor, remaster textures, add lighting effects, create new objects, upgrade you dx*, fps has nothing to do with how that image looks.

this image u attached has nothing improved if you aim doing it , they just stole po models and used it , po model has one different thing instead of 8bit

images they use 32bit +
but if you use 32bit client and not optimized render, cache it comes with cost of extra crash for free

u can upgrade your project to from dx9 to dx11 or from dx9 to bgfx and u will get different quality , so check alex project or dx9 released project
