Error with NPC and Chat

Hello, i just tried to start my old Server Files and i remember they worked fine. Now I encounter a Problem with NPC and Chat. I can interact with NPC but when I want to teleport or buy something there occurs an error. The Problem wit chat confuses me, I can write but when I press enter nothing happens even with GM Commands.

Maybe you have an Idea?

Check the last modification you made; it has a bad line, or you entered some incorrect characters in that NPC's script, and it broke.

The GameServer.exe was broken. Updated few things and worked
